| All Day Event | Deadline for sign-ups for the 2008 Manifest Destiny PBeM tournament | ||
Those interested in joining the tournament should send an email to billcrenshaw@verizon.net as soon as possible. Deadline for entries is May 8. All entrants must be members of the BPA in the year that the tournament is started. If you are not currently a member, you can become an associate member for $10 which entitles you to play in all of the BPA PBeM tournaments. | All Day Event | Manifest Destiny PBeM tournament begins | ||
The third annual Manifest Destiny PBeM tournament will begin May 15, 2008. The first round should be completed within six months. 15 players will advance to the Semi-Final, and the top five will advance to a final game. The tournament will use an updated version of the Manifest Destiny Cyberboard developed by Randy Mauldin. | All Day Event | Sign-ups due for 2008 AOR PBeM Tournament | ||
Tournament begins June 14. The GM is Greg Stripes. To take part in this tournament, you must be a 2008 member of the BPA. For details about membership see http://www.boardgamers.org/ To take part in the tournament, send an email to Greg Stripes [aor at gregstripes dot com] by May 17, 2008. All games will be played using the Automated Card Tracking System (ACTS) website. It is necessary for all players to have a FREE account on ACTS.
